Megan E. Curinga is a Partner at Hinman, Howard & Kattell and a member of the Real Estate, Oil and Gas, and Credit Union Practice Groups. She concentrates her practice in advising clients and lending institutions on all aspects of real estate transactions.
Megan’s clients include individuals and lending institutions, she provides advice and expertise in the purchase and sale of real estate, contract negotiation and preparation. She also handles a wide range of commercial real estate matters, including loans, leases, purchases, sales, and other transactions for purchasers, sellers, lenders, investors, and borrowers throughout New York State.

A native of Syracuse, New York, Megan practices in the Binghamton and Syracuse area. She devotes time to participating in community activities by being an active member on the Governance Committee of the Board of Directors of the Jewish Community Center, a past member of the Samaritan House Board of Directors, and the former Real Property Section Chair of the Broome County Bar Association Continuing Legal Education Committee. She is a member of the Broome Leadership Institute Class of 2010; the Southern Tier Opportunity Coalition “20 in Their Twenties” Class of 2010; and the Greater Binghamton Chamber of Commerce Livewires Class of 2011. Megan serves on the Membership Committee of the Binghamton University Forum.
